You should take your video budget and invest in customer service. It may be a free game but a lot of people spend real money on diamonds and decorations, to be ignored is bullshit. It is ridiculous to get a message saying you are not going to be helping me after your game takes my diamonds and doesn't give me what I bought. I've loved this game for years but sending a really rude reply when I ask for help after you basically steal from me is unacceptable!

$15 is an absolute rip off for 1 square of mixed flowers and diamonds that I don’t need. This game has become ridiculous 🤷🏻‍♀️

It would be great if they included the option to arrange the decorations in the "box" as we wish. Let's say the box "Christmas" Box "Halloween" . Box "autumn" etc. I think it would be much easier to manage.

Please notice my comment and answer: I have an iPhone 15 pro max and we all know it has a really big screen/display but somehow the screen is too ”small” for hay day. It’s like some stuff in the game dissapears bc the screen is ”too small”. Please, does anyone else have this problem.
